Our services
Our services are described on this website and in the written proposal we send you. A booking is confirmed only when the proposal has been accepted in writing and any agreed deposit has been received.
Proposals and pricing
Prices are not published on this website. They are given on request and confirmed in your written proposal. Supplier, venue and third-party costs are paid as quoted and are not included in our fee unless the proposal says so.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for obtaining any legal documents required for your marriage, and for the conduct of your guests.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our cancellation and refund policy and in your proposal.
Photographs and media
We only publish photographs, names and videos of clients who have given us their permission. We keep records of that consent.
Liability
We plan every wedding with care and prepare for the unexpected. Some matters, such as weather, supplier failures and official decisions, are outside our control. We will always do our best to resolve problems, but we cannot be liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
