Get in Touch
Reach us by enquiry form or WhatsApp. Tell us your wedding date, where you are based, the type of ceremony you are planning, and any questions you already have. We respond to every enquiry personally, typically within the hour. Lucky handles every initial contact directly.

We Meet
We arrange a consultation, in person at Cinnamon Grand, Colombo, or by video call for overseas and expat couples. This is where we understand your vision, your priorities, and your constraints. By the end of the consultation, you know exactly what working with us looks like and we know exactly what your wedding needs.

We Send You a Clear Plan
Based on the consultation, we prepare a written planning proposal: the scope of our involvement, the timeline, and the next steps. Nothing is ambiguous. You know exactly what is covered before you commit to anything.

We Get to Work
Depending on your package (full planning, partial planning, last-month coordination, or day coordination), we handle the suppliers, the timeline, the budget, and every detail that needs to be in place before your wedding day. For overseas and expat couples, we conduct venue walkthroughs and supplier meetings on your behalf and update you at every milestone.

We Are There
From the first hour to the last. Managing the timeline, briefing every supplier, handling anything that needs to be handled, so you, your partner, and your families can be completely present. The day is yours. The coordination is ours.
